My name is Jacinta Byrne and I have over 20 years experience working with people in the public sector and the voluntary sector.
My journey to becoming a mindfulness coach and meditation teacher is one which I have reached due to the many life events which I have experienced to date.
Over the last 10 years, I have been looking for a way to create a deeper sense and awareness of self. I realised that I needed to change the way in which I experienced life and to use an improved self-awareness to help me find the joyful moments in each day.
Mindfulness has given me the opportunity and skills to view and experience the world through the lens of self-compassion, kindness, improved resilience and acceptance.
I now am looking forward to using my knowledge and skills of neuroscience, mindfulness, meditation and coaching to enable others to begin their own journey of self-development and resilience building.
I have a strong professional interest in supporting neurodivergent families, women’s health (e.g. perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis), Pregnancy and Infant loss, family members supporting loved ones coping with health issues, individuals experiencing workplace burn out and carer’s stress.
I am based in Co. Waterford in the South East of Ireland.
